as being beneficial to one’s physical, mental or emotional state
and it is associated with reduced risk of disease.
An Intention is an aim or plan, a determination to act in a certain way, or a resolve.
Your goal is your intention. It is something you mean to do, something you aspire to-
maybe over your entire lifetime whether you are able to attain it or not.
Living a life with Healthy Intentions is all of these.
It can be achieved by simply deciding on a life with daily activity like yoga or exercise,
making wellness-based lifestyle choices and taking holistic care of oneself.
