What is your cancellation policy?
Members may cancel their membership at any time. Membership must be canceled prior to the renewal date in order to avoid additional membership charges. Please see your Subscription Page for your renewal date. If a subscription is canceled, the member will continue to have access to all content through the end of their current billing period. See Terms and Conditions page for more information.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for partial membership periods or if you have not used the service. All subscription fees are non-refundable, except that you may cancel renewed subscriptions by contacting Healthy Intentions within two (2) calendar days and receive a full refund of the new subscription fees. Can I change the Subscription plan?
If you wish to change your Subscription Plan (e.g., from a monthly Subscription Plan to a yearly Subscription Plan or vice versa), you must cancel your current subscription in your My Subscriptions page and purchase a new subscription for the Subscription Plan that you wish to have.
What does "In Love and In Light" mean?
The phrase is a standard spiritual greeting. In the simplest meaning it is having the desire for Universal Energy with Wisdom for the receiver. It can also be a wish for one to maintain Spiritual, Emotional, Mental and Physical Health.
As an affirmation it is a blessing being given to another asking them to open their hearts to the universe to receive healing and guidance, while also opening their hearts to love and compassion of the world around them.
Is there a meaning to the Logo design?
I designed the Logo as a representation of the intention of this website. Through the 3 main offerings of Therapeutic Yoga, Physical Therapy Education and Wellness / Holistic Care you have a well-rounded resource assisting with health maintenance, specific treatment regimens and support for overall self-health promotion.
Do you have a Pause Policy for the Memberships?
Yes we Do! The pause policy allows a member in good standing to temporarily suspend his or her membership once upon written notice to Healthy Intentions (Jen@healthyintentionswithjenhassaj.com) at least 15 days prior to your next scheduled billing date.

Pause requests are at the sole discretion of Healthy Intentions,
and must be in accordance with the following terms:

A maximum of one pause is allowed every 12 months.

The pause must be at least 1 month long and, at most, 3 consecutive months long.

The freeze must begin at the start of a billing cycle and can only be requested in monthly increments.
