MINDFULNESS MONDAY:


This week we are focusing on wisdom.


A suggestion for the week:

• Set a times for 5 minutes and settle in a comfortable position.

• Close your eyes and begin focusing on your breath, bringing your breathing to even inhalations: exhalations.

• When you notice that you are calmer and settled deeper repeat the following mantra for the remainder of your meditation time today:

“Every day and in every way, I increase in knowledge and understanding.”
