MINDFULNESS MONDAY
We all can feel challenged by those around us, a situation in our lives, a goal or achievement that we are working towards. This week we are looking at bringing awareness to how we face those challenges in our daily lives.
A suggestion for the week:
· Come to a comfortable seat and take a few breaths with awareness to settle into this practice.
· When you are focused ask yourself how, or by whom you felt challenged today?
· What were the outcomes of that challenge? Did it affect your work / tasks for the day? Did it affect your interactions or relationships?
· How did those around you respond to this challenge?
· What actions will you take in the future from what you have observed during this activity?
We can learn a lot about ourselves with observing our feelings, actions and responses to different situations in our lives. We can make future adjustments or simply observe and learn.
