MINDFULNESS MONDAY:
This week we are working on self-study and conscious evolution.
A suggestion for the week:
• Come to a comfortable seat in a room with minimal distractions where you can focus inwards.
• Take your time with this activity, you may even want to spread it our over a few days depending on the depth of self-study that you want to go.
• Reflect on your current habits. Ask yourself “Does this support the life that I am trying to create?”
• Reflect on your recent decisions. Ask yourself “Does this support the life that I am trying to create?”
• Reflect on your recent behaviors. Ask yourself “Does this support the life that I am trying to create?”
• While you are doing this self-study, are there new or different habits, decisions or behaviors that may help you to achieve your new life that you can begin today?
Every day is a new opportunity to improve ourselves and make changes that can help us to become the individual that we want to become eventually.
