MINDFULNESS MONDAY
Today’s activity of mastering your agenda can be done for a single day or the period of a week.
A suggestion for the week:
· Come to a comfortable sitting position. Set a timer for at least 5 minutes.
· Close your eyes and take a moment to reflect on the various committees, goals or obligations that you have for today, tomorrow or the week ahead.
· Allow every exhale to bring a wave of relaxation through all of the muscles in your body.
· Reflect on the day ahead- morning, afternoon and evening. Visualize the different meetings, activities or encounters that may happen.
· Breathe through them and consider the best possible outcomes, knowing that the best outcome you imagine may not play out as planned.
· Notice the different thoughts and ideas that come to mind.
· Send positivity to every person, environment and circumstance that may arise for you.
· At the end of the day (or week) reflect on how things went for you.
