MINDFULNESS MONDAY
This week I thought we would do a different sore of activity concerning mindfulness. This activity can help you to break down lofty goals to assist you in beginning to work towards them.
A suggestion for the week:
· If you were 95, looking back on your life, what would you have wanted to accomplish?
· What type of person would you have to be to accomplish these things? (qualities)
· What projects could you begin to bring about these accomplishments?
· What practices could you initiate to being about these qualities?
Seize the day to start on a new path to work towards your dreams!
