MINDFULNESS MONDAY:


This week we are practicing gratitude, as gratitude unlocks new possibilities.


A suggestion for the week:

• Come to a comfortable sitting position and set a timer for 5-10 minutes. Have a pen and paper near by.

• Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths

• Take a mental inventory of all that you are grateful for, especially the things that you may usually overlook.

• When your timer goes off, make a list, itemizing everything that you are grateful for, using the structure “I am so happy and grateful for …”

Now you have the start of a list that you are able to add to and read as often as you like.
