MINDFULNESS MONDAY:


This week I want to help you to see the world with fresh eyes.


A suggestion for the week:

• Come to a comfortable sitting position and set a timer for at least 5 minutes.

• Every day is a new life to an enlightened person. We are not quite there yet, but we can make the effort to move through our days as if we are experiencing everything for the first time.

• Try to find the wonder and amazement that we had in our youth.

• Try to see the world through fresh eyes.
