Waiver of Liability

Refunds

How It Works

We do not offer refunds for partial membership periods or if you have not used the service. All subscription fees are non-refundable, except that you may cancel renewed subscriptions by contacting Healthy Intentions within two (2) calendar days and receive a full refund of the new subscription fees.

Pause Policy 

About Our Policy

If you are up to date on all payments and in good standing, you may temporarily suspend your membership

one time by providing notice to Healthy Intentions by emailing Jen@healthyintentionswithjenhassaj.com

at least 15 days prior to your next scheduled billing date.

Pause requests are at the sole discretion of Healthy Intentions, and must be in accordance with the following terms:

  1.  A maximum of one pause is allowed every 12 months.

  2.  The pause must be at least 1 month long and, at most, 3 consecutive months long.

  3.  The freeze must begin at the start of a billing cycle and can only be requested in monthly increments.
